Medical Technologist

Our Lady of the Pillar Medical Center is seeking a qualified and licensed Medical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting complex laboratory tests on blood and body fluids to assist in disease diagnosis, ensuring accurate results and compliance with laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests and microbiological analyses to process patient specimens.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and laboratory regulations.
Manage reagent and supply inventory in the absence of the Senior Medical Technologist.
Accurately document and release test results for inpatient and outpatient cases.
Assist in administrative duties, including requisitioning laboratory supplies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist
Experience and biosafety training are a plus
